These classes are for advanced practitioners who have regularly attended classes in Iyengar yoga for a minimum of three years and are able to hold sirsasana (headstand) free balancing for at least five minutes or know how to modify the pose in case of issues / conditions.  Participants should be fully familiar with all basic poses and have a regular home practice.  The classes will involve developing advanced asanas as well as more advanced practice of the more basic asanas.   They will be recorded and participants will afterwards receive a recording available for 14 days.   Please practice within your limitations.  If you have any doubts whether you should attend, please contact us for advice.
