Courses – ten weeks
Our Courses are a great foundation for practicing Iyengar Yoga. They are highly recommended for those have who not done a lot of Yoga or have done little Iyengar Yoga. They build your understanding in a systematic manner. The courses build from the base up to develop stability and understanding of yoga and how to practice the foundational yoga poses. It is recommended to attend the same class each week to get the most our of Beginners & Level 1 courses and then attend additional classes as you see fit.
The Course pass allows unlimited classes through term 4 until December 19 with a bonus addition of the summer break period in January. $190 ($140 student).
