Courses – ten weeks
Our Courses are a great foundation for practicing Iyengar Yoga. They are highly recommended for those have who not done a lot of Yoga or have done little Iyengar Yoga. They build your understanding in a systematic manner. The courses build from the base up to develop stability and understanding of yoga and how to practice the foundational yoga poses. It is recommended to attend the same class each week to get the most our of Beginners and Level 1 Yoga courses.
There is no course enrolment as such. Just book into Beginners or level 1 classes which run as a course during each ten week term. Next term starts January 29. Course Payment Options
