Courses


Our beginners courses are a great foundation for practicing Iyengar Yoga. They are highly recommended for those have who not done a lot of Yoga or have done little Iyengar Yoga.  They build your understanding in a systematic manner. The courses build from the base up to develop stability and understanding of yoga and how to practice the foundational yoga poses.

Five week Foundation course with John commences on Wednesday August 22 at 7.30 pm. Book here  SPECIAL 2 for 1 WINTER OFFER: Book yourself and bring a friend FREE –  paying full $80 rate only (additional classes can be done during the course at half price).  Once you have booked yourself contact the studio to enrol your friend .

Ten week Beginners courses (+ unlimited attendance).  These are currently part way through for term 3 (if you wish to join please contact the studio).  Next courses commence the week of October 9 – stay tuned.

Five week Mums & Bubs.  Ruby is taking a five week Mums & Bubs course block (for mothers with babies 0-2 years) commencing Wednesday August 22 at 10.45 am. Book here for 5 weeks or make a casual booking here
