Our Courses are a great foundation for practicing Iyengar Yoga. They are highly recommended for those have who not done a lot of Yoga or have done little Iyengar Yoga. They build your understanding in a systematic manner. The courses build from the base up to develop stability and understanding of yoga and how to practice the foundational yoga poses. Course levels are Beginners and Level 1
Next 10 week courses begin from April 23. In the meantime all classes can be attended casually.
