Yoga practice is valuable in bolstering our immune systems and to reduce stress and anxiety in these times.

In the current crisis we understand many people will be doing it hard. Please contact us so that we can negotiate appropriate price adjustments.


Extra cleaning and sanitising had been implemented at the studio. Maximum numbers have been reduced to allow distancing in line with COVID-19 requirements.  You are encouraged to obtain and bring your own props, but studio props will still be available if you prefer to use them.


Please do NOT attend the studio if you are sick or have any virus symptoms.
Do not share or borrow props or walk on other mats.
Your place in the studio will be laid out to ensure proper distancing.
Book into all classes. You will be asked to provide a current phone number when booking into each class.
Bring your own water bottles if you expect to need water.
Pay online or by credit card to avoid the handling of cash.


We will endevour to provide an environment as safe as possible for the practice and learning of yoga. However classes at your own own risk. If you are in a particularly at risk group for COVID-19 you might consider only attending online classes at present.
