Courses

Our beginners courses are a great foundation for practicing Iyengar Yoga. They are highly recommended for those have who not done a lot of Yoga or have done little Iyengar Yoga.  They build your understanding in a systematic manner. The courses build from the base up to develop stability and understanding of yoga and how to practice the foundational yoga poses.

Ten week Beginners courses (+ unlimited attendance).  Next courses commence the week of October 8.

Additional times you can take unlimited classes during the term: Monday 10am, Wednesday 12 noon, Wednesday 7.30pm, Thursday 6.30pm, Saturday 10am.  Experienced beginners only: Monday 6pm.
