Our beginners courses are a great foundation for practicing Iyengar Yoga. They are highly recommended for those have who not done a lot of Yoga or have done little Iyengar Yoga. They build your understanding in a systematic manner. The courses build from the base up to develop stability and understanding of yoga and how to practice the foundational yoga poses.
Next ten week courses start from week of July 16. Book for one of the times below and you can attend unlimited beginners classes at these times and Wednesday 12 noon, Thursday 6.30pm and Saturday 10am.
