Our ten week beginners courses are a great foundation for practicing Iyengar Yoga. They are highly recommended for those have not done a lot of Yoga or little Iyengar Yoga to build your understanding in a systematic manner. The courses build from the base up to develop stability and understanding of yoga and how to practice the foundational yoga poses.  Take additional beginners classes until June 23 at no extra charge. $180 / $160 conc. / $140 Student
